We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial properties.

Duties

• Install HVAC systems following blueprints and manufacturer specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues promptly
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify and address potential problems
• Test HVAC systems using specialized tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

Required Experience

• Experience in HVAC/R systems installation, maintenance, and repair
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
• Knowledge of property maintenance procedures
• Ability to operate as a van driver for service calls
• Familiarity with boiler systems and equipment repair
• Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Field service experience in HVAC industry
