Juanita opened J’s Associates, LLC when we realized the Operations & Maintenance field was lacking Woman Owned Small Businesses knowing she could bring her years of knowledge and forged relationships to better serve the government. She graduated the 8(a) program in 2015 and has continued to service the Federal Government since. Juanita recognized that it takes time, patience and exceptional employees to provide continuous superior service to our customers and has been doing just that.
